Tell us when you want the postcard to arrive. We will send it approximately one week before the selected date. The USPS will deliver the card within an estimated 2-5 day window of the chosen date.

FAQs

How do I make postcards?

A: Click on a bundle. Each bundle has a address form where you put in your loved one's address. Then, follow the form's instructions to create each postcard. For each postcard, you will:

  1. Select a date. This is date we will aim to deliver your postcard.
  2. Upload an image. This will go on the back of the postcard.
  3. Write a message. The message will go on front of the postcard, on the left side, next to the mailing address of your loved one. Each message can be up to 300 characters.
  4. Repeat for each postcard in the bundle.
  5. Click "Add to Cart" then, checkout.

That's it! We handle the rest. When we receive your order, we will format, print, cut, stamp, and mail each postcard so that each postcard arrives to your loved one on the schedule you set.

What if I need to change something after I order?

Just email us! We're a small operation and happy to help make adjustments before your cards go out.

How far in advance can I schedule?

We ask that you don't schedule your postcards out beyond a year from the day you order. Though, we do allow for a little wiggle room. ;)

We will reach out to you if we see a date come through that is too far in the future, or if we suspect there is a mistake. For example, if the card says, "Happy Mother's Day" and the date is in June... we may question that and reach out to clarify. We have your back and your best interests at heart!

What if I want to send postcards to multiple people?

You can! Each bundle is per recipient, so create an order for your parents and another order for your friend (and maybe another order for Grandma, or your aunt, or your son...).

Some bundles come with Bonus Postcards that you can send to a different recipient if you wanted to.

You may also order blank postcards, where you upload an image and tell us how many you would like us to print. We will leave the date, message area, and address blank so you can send those personalized postcards to anyone, whenever you want. What if I want to purchase a bundle, but I don't have all my photos yet? Or I want don't know what I want to write quite yet?

You can select the "Create Postcards Later" option. You will get an email after you order with a link to upload your photos and messages. We will send you reminders so you don't forget!

I'm not seeing an option that fits my needs, do you accept custom requests?

A: Yes, we do. That's the beauty of a small business. I can deliver personal care to each of my customers. Just send over an email and we'll work with you to create something that will be unforgettable for your loved ones!
