Our Guarantee

We have put a lot of time and energy creating, perfecting and testing our products. We only make and sell products we actually use. We are confident you’ll love our stuff, but if you don’t, no hard feelings. Not every product is for everybody. We offer a 100% money back (less shipping costs) within 10 days of purchase. For small orders, there is no need to return the item.

We want to become your new favorite for handcrafted personal care items, we can only do that if we provide the best products and learn from feedback.

  • Please use the contact form to notify us if a product is damaged or does not perform. At your request, we will either: Replace or exchange the merchandise. We may also credit the purchase price to your original method of payment (credit card, debit card).

  • For larger orders, unopened products may be returned within 10 days, they must be in new and unused condition. A 10% restocking fee may be charged.

  • Allow up to 30 days for your returned item to be processed, inspected, and your funds credited back to you.

  • We refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.

Notes:

  • The Customer is responsible for the inbound and outbound shipping fees when returning products for replacement or exchange unless it is a mistake on behalf of Plaid Pinecone.
  • Only purchases made through plaidpinecone.com may be returned. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any return requests for purchases made through other retailers / web sites, but you may refer to that retailer/website’s return policy.

Order Processing and Shipping Times

  • Orders ship Monday-Friday, excluding weekends/holidays.
  • We make every effort to ship orders within 2 business days, though this is not always possible.
  • Delays may occur if we are out of stock of an item.

Delivery Methods

  • All orders ship via US Postal Service. Rush Processing and Express Mail options are not available at this time.
  • Delivery times do not include time to process or package your order.
  • If you require your order shipped with another carrier there is an additional $10 fee applied as it must be hand processed

Cancel your Order

  • To cancel an order immediately send a written request via our contact form. We will verify receipt of your cancellation request, but we cannot guarantee our ability to cancel, as we may ship quickly.
  • Cancellation may only be made if we confirm receipt of your request PRIOR to shipping. You will be refunded in full including shipping fees in the event the order has not shipped.
  • Shipping charges are not refunded if you cancel an order after it has shipped, refuse, or supply a bad address.

International Orders

  • Currently shipping is only available to the United States and Canada

Orders shipping to Canada

  • Delivery time is approximate
  • Plaid Pinecone is not responsible for orders delayed or seized by customs
  • Customer is responsible for any VAT, Taxes or Duties levied. These charges are assessed by your country and Plaid Pinecone has no control over these taxes.

Check your Delivery Address

  • Once you confirm and complete payment, we are not able to make any changes to your mailing address.
  • If your order is being sent to an incorrect order, you can place a second order and update the shipping information. Submit a message through our comment form to cancel your first order.
  • Shipping rates on the website are approximate. The shipping fees may be adjusted depending on the weight, distance, and type of delivery required. 

Delivery Problems

Pursuant to our Terms and Conditions, when your order is placed, we will ship it an address designated by you as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on our website. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from us will pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

  • If we are provided with a bad address, you are responsible for the additional shipping charges incurred to re-ship your package.
  • Plaid Pinecone will not ship a replacement until the first package is returned by the postal service.
  • We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Missing Packages
Notify us if your package has not arrived within 2 weeks. Missing orders cannot be re-shipped until the first package is returned by the postal service.

If we Misaddress a Package
It’s not something we do often, but if we make a mistake on the shipping address we will repack it with fresh products and sincere apologies and reship the package at our expense.
